Job Description

Northside Animal Hospital is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Kennel Attendant to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. At Northside Animal Hospital , we have proudly served the greater Manchester and Hooksett communities with compassionate veterinary care since 1979. We are a collaborative, team-oriented hospital where support, communication, and respect truly matter. Our doctors and support staff work closely together every day to provide excellent patient care while creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and one another. We care for not only dogs and cats, but also rabbits, ferrets, bearded dragons, and many other exotic and pocket pets, giving our team the opportunity to experience a wide variety of medicine in a collaborative setting. Our services include wellness care, dentistry, surgery, and sick and urgent care visits. Our doctors and support staff work side-by-side — and alongside specialists when needed — to ensure every patient receives individualized, high-quality care. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Keeping cages clean and sanitized Various housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, taking out garbage etc.) Walking, feeding, and picking up after the animals Interacting with cats, dogs, and other small animal species Occasional bathing

REQUIREMENTS
Must be friendly and outgoing as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be willing and able to safely restrain or move dogs of all sizes including dogs that are over 100 pounds Must be flexible with hours and available to work weekends Must be comfortable standing, walking and being active for most of the day Must be able to handle excited dogs who may bark and jump Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is a purpose-driven team that places talent first by supporting professionals to thrive in our industry and empowering hospital teams to provide exceptional care for pets and their owners.
