JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team at Fur Seasons Dog Resort & Spa in Jersey City. This is a hands-on, physically active job that requires constant attention. Dogs are never left unattended, and safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. If you are not attentive, reliable, or comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this is not the right position. Responsibilities Supervise dogs at all times (no phone use while supervising) Maintain a safe and controlled group play environment Clean immediately after dogs (accidents must be handled right away) Maintain strict hygiene standards (floors, crates, play areas) Monitor dog behavior and prevent conflicts Follow instructions and communicate clearly with the team Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Must be comfortable working with all dog breeds and sizes Must be attentive at all times (this is not a relaxed job) Must be clean and organized Must be able to handle a physically demanding job Weekend availability is required / Night shifts required
