Who We're Looking For We are seeking a dependable, ethical, and animal-obsessed person who is available Monday-Thursday between 10 AM

• 5PM. We do alternate weekends. Each team member works 1 weekend a month. This is a part-time, supplemental income position (hours may vary slightly). This role is ideal for a student, artist, freelancer, or anyone who values flexible work while being active outdoors. Our Expectations & Standards To be successful at Paw Mania, you must:
• Love animals deeply — and be comfortable with dogs from 5lbs to 80lbs, as well as cats.
• Show integrity and reliability — our clients depend on us to care for a life.
• Work in all weather — rain, snow, heat, cold; our furry pals still need their walks.
• Stay physically active — our walkers cover multiple 30-60 minute walks, totaling 8+ hours of movement some days.
• Commit for at least 1 year — consistency is important for the pets we serve.
• Use a smartphone confidently — GPS tracking, photos, videos, and updates are essential.
• Have reliable transportation — our routes cover Jersey City Heights, Downtown JC, and Hoboken.
• Work as part of a team — communicate, ask questions, follow procedures, and treat every home and animal with respect.
