Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to our furry clients. This includes bathing, trimming, and styling pets according to their owners' preferences. If you have a love for animals and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Bathe, brush, and groom pets according to specific breed standards or owner preferences
• Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other grooming tasks as needed
• Assess the overall health of pets and report any abnormalities or concerns to the owner or veterinarian
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the grooming services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation of grooming tools and equipment
• Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history and any special instructions from the owner

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or in a related role is preferred
• Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
• Strong animal handling skills and the ability to safely restrain pets during grooming procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality grooming services
• Good communication skills to interact with pet owners and understand their preferences
• Physical stamina extended periods of standing
• Certification from a reputable grooming school is a plus
