Dog Daycare Counselor

The Role As a Daycare Counselor, you're on the floor with dogs of all sizes - managing playgroups, reading behavior, and keeping things clean, calm, and fun. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a crew that has your back. What You'll Do Run structured playgroups for big and small dogs, stepping in early to keep play safe Read the room: adjust group composition as energy shifts Onboard new dogs with calm, structured introductions Log daily activities, behaviors, and potty breaks in our digital system Keep play areas clean and sanitized Capture photos and videos that make pet parents' day Communicate proactively with teammates and jump into training sessions Who We're Looking For You stay cool under pressure, read dogs well, and communicate clearly with people. You take initiative instead of waiting to be told. You're open to feedback and bring good energy to the floor. Dog Experience Professional experience handling multiple dogs is preferred. Basic understanding of dog body language and anatomy is required.
