Kennel techs are expected to clean the kennel/play areas and maintain the safety of the dogs in their care. In addition, kennel techs are also expected to participate in daily tasks such as taking out trash, cleaning dishes, doing laundry, etc. Experience with animals is preferred but love for animals is a must. This job is not just cuddling/petting dogs all day - you will be handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments in a group setting and are explicitly responsible for their well being while under your supervision.
