Qualifications & Requirements:
Age:
18 years or older. Legal US work authorization. A minimum of 1.5 years of work experience in the pet care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Dog Care:
Oversee and manage the dogs in the play yards, ensuring their safety and well-being. Monitor, play with, and interact with dogs. Must be able to understand dog body language.
Facility Management:
Conduct tasks associated with opening and closing the facility. This includes setting up TDC for doggy daycare in the morning and shutting it down for bedtime in the evening.
Dog Interviews:
Assist in interviewing new dogs to determine their suitability for our environment.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness of play and prep areas, break rooms, and other areas within TDC. Additionally, maintain a clean exterior environment, including the lobby, the area in front of TDC, and other adjacent spaces.
Dog Logistics:
Safely run dogs between the back-of-house and front-of-house areas. Prepare meals for the dogs, dispense medications when required, and maintain accurate food and medication logs.
Customer Interaction:
Greet pet parents and their dogs upon arrival and departure. Check dogs in and out of TDC and answer pet parents' questions. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, being active and attentive to dogs and their owners at all times

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
