Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Dog Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, has strong grooming skills, and can provide high-quality grooming services while ensuring the comfort and safety of every pet. Responsibilities Perform breed-specific and pet-style haircuts. Bathe, dry, brush, and de-shed dogs of various breeds and sizes. Trim nails, clean ears, and express anal glands when requested. Safely handle pets while maintaining a calm and positive grooming experience. Assess coat and skin condition and communicate concerns to management. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area. Build positive relationships with clients and their pets. Ensure all grooming services meet Musbro Kennels' quality standards. Qualifications Professional grooming experience required. Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types. Knowledge of breed standards and grooming techniques. Strong animal handling skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer 50% commission-based compensation. Customer tips.
