Job Description
Part-Time Dog Walker & Pet Care Associate South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Mayfield Heights, Shaker Heights, OH Petcare Deluxe LLC is a professional in-home pet care company serving communities throughout Northeast Ohio. We provide dog walking and pet care visits that help pets remain comfortable and cared for in their own homes while their owners are at work or away. We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing team in the South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Mayfield Heights, and Shaker Heights areas. Schedule Part-time position Midday availability preferred (approximately 10:00 AM-3:00 PM) Weekend afternoon availability required at least one day per week Additional morning and evening opportunities may be available Scheduling is based on client needs and employee availability No overnight services required What You'll Do Walk dogs and provide pet care visits in clients' homes Feed pets and refresh water bowls Clean litter boxes and assist with routine pet care tasks Provide exercise, enrichment, and companionship Follow individualized care instructions for each pet Submit visit notes and photos through our company app Travel between client homes within your service area Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and responsibly Previous experience with animals is a plus but not required Must successfully complete a background screening Work Environment This position involves: Walking and caring for pets in various weather conditions Driving between client homes Working independently throughout the day Being active and on your feet during visits Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on visit length and responsibilities Opportunities for additional hours as business needs grow Referral incentive opportunities Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Expected Hours Approximately 2-15 hours per week, depending on availability and client scheduling needs.
