As demand for our mobile services continues to grow throughout Bend, we are looking to connect with talented professionals who are ready to build a rewarding career in a supportive environment. Our groomers enjoy the freedom of working independently while receiving operational support from a dedicated office team. We take care of scheduling, customer communication, routing, and billing so you can focus on providing outstanding grooming services. What You'll Do As a Mobile Dog Groomer, you'll be responsible for delivering professional grooming services directly to clients' homes using one of our fully equipped grooming vans.

Responsibilities include:

Providing complete grooming services for dogs of all breeds and coat types Creating a positive, low-stress experience for pets Operating a mobile grooming vehicle throughout your scheduled route Building strong relationships with pet owners through excellent communication Maintaining cleanliness and organization of grooming tools, equipment, and workspace Serving as a professional ambassador for The SPAW brand Why Groomers Love Working With Us Fully equipped Mercedes mobile grooming vans Office team support for scheduling, routing, and customer service Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities Collaborative and supportive company culture Opportunity to focus on grooming without administrative distractions Compensation & Rewards We believe great groomers should be rewarded for their skill and dedication.

Compensation includes:

Hourly or commission-based pay options Weekly performance bonuses Client gratuities Typical earnings of $36-$40 per hour, including bonuses and tips Annual earning potential of $75,000 or more Qualifications Successful candidates will have: A minimum of two years of professional dog grooming experience A valid driver's license and a clean driving history Confidence operating a larger vehicle The ability to work independently and manage daily appointments Comfort using mobile apps and technology The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and safely operate grooming equipment Hiring Process Submit your resume for consideration Meet with our team for an introductory video interview Complete an in-person grooming skills evaluation ("Pawdition") Receive an offer, complete a background check, and begin onboarding Participate in paid training and orientation
