We're looking for an experienced Pet Groomer to join our close-knit team. If you're skilled in grooming, love working with pets, and thrive in a positive, community-centered environment, we'd love to meet you. ✨ Cat grooming & bathing experience is a plus! What You'll Do Perform full-service grooming (nail trims, ear cleaning, bathing, brushing, haircuts, styling, gland expression) Work 1-on-1 with pets, honoring breed standards and owner preferences Safely maintain and operate grooming tools (clippers, shears, dryers, etc.) Monitor pets for signs of stress, illness, or injury, and communicate with owners Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, by phone, and during self-wash visits Keep the salon clean and organized (disinfect tubs, manage laundry, vacuum, etc.) Assist with opening/closing, POS transactions, and daily shop operations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily flow What We're Looking For Proven experience as a professional groomer with a strong portfolio Knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques Ability to lift and handle pets of all sizes and work on your feet for extended periods Patience, compassion, and gentle handling of animals Dependable, punctual, and efficient with strong multitasking skills Excellent customer service skills Must be at least 18 years old Job Details Full-time or Part-time Day shifts only
