Job Description
If dogs are a big passion of yours, then look no further; They're a BIG passion of ours, too! Such a big passion comes with big responsibilities! We want to treat every four-legged customer as if they were our own. That means being attentive, caring and having personal discipline/focus when working with dogs. Working here requires patience, good work-ethic and drive. You will also be working directly with owners, taking payments, making appointments, sending emails, and receiving and making phone calls. Good customer service skills are a must! With over 8,000 square feet of outdoor play space, the Grand Fur Lodge specializes in regulated and balanced playgroups. We used science and psychology based methods to help the day run smoothly and keep the dogs properly fulfilled, and our receptionists help build balanced, healthy packs of 60-80 dogs. Pay increases based on performance, we are a small company that values employee well being and mental health above all else. We want you to feel inspired to grow within this company, and expand on your skills during your time here. Despite being a small team, we all have a HUGE passion for the dogs we work with.
