Description SitGuru is hiring dependable, caring Pet Care Gurus to provide dog sitting and pet care services for Pet Parents in local communities. Dog Sitting Gurus help provide safe, trusted care when Pet Parents are working, traveling, attending events, or need extra support at home. Responsibilities may include supervising dogs, feeding pets, providing fresh water, offering companionship, taking pets outside for potty breaks, following Pet Parent instructions, keeping the pet's environment clean, and providing updates to Pet Parents. Some opportunities may include short visits, extended visits, evening care, weekend care, or overnight care depending on the Pet Parent's needs and the Guru's availability. Ideal candidates are responsible, patient, trustworthy, friendly, and comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels. Prior pet sitting, dog sitting, animal care, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. SitGuru welcomes students, retirees, veterans, part-time workers, and animal lovers who want flexible earning opportunities. Applicants must be reliable, able to follow safety guidelines, communicate professionally, and be willing to complete SitGuru onboarding and Trust & Safety Screening before providing services.
