Your own smartphone with a text, voice, and data plan, The ability to use a variety of smartphone apps (all of our business tools are app/web-based and will be installed on your phone), Responsiveness! One of the biggest challenges with this gig is the dynamic schedule. Everyone on the team needs to be highly responsive to incoming texts and emails for schedule alerts, changes, and opportunities, A good driving record, and your own reliable and insured vehicle (capable of safe driving in all kinds of weather), A level of fitness that allows you to comfortably walk for several hours a day, potentially manage large dogs (80+ lbs., sometimes 2 at a time), and work outside in all kinds of unpredictable NC weather conditions.•>>
