We're looking for passionate, skilled groomers to join our team. If you're a seasoned stylist or a certified groomer ready to build your client base, we'd love to talk. Our commission structure is designed to reward skill, volume, and client retention — the more you grow, the more you earn.

Earn based on your performance, not a flat hourly rate Flexible scheduling: Full-time and part-time options available Established clientele: Walk into a busy store environment and start making appointments Well equipped shop: Professional tubs, tables, and dryers provided Supportive team: Work alongside our passionate team of pet professionals Room to grow: Multiple locations and advancement opportunities What you'll do Bathe, brush, clip, and style dogs (and cats) of all breeds and sizes Consult with pet owners on grooming styles, coat health, and care recommendations Observe pets for any skin, coat, or health concerns and communicate findings to owners Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming station Work collaboratively with store staff to keep the day running smoothly Build lasting relationships with clients to grow a loyal, repeat customer base What we're looking for: Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience Ability to groom a full range of breeds with confidence Strong animal handling skills, including anxious or reactive pets Friendly, professional communication with pet owners Reliable, punctual, and a team player Preferred (but not required) Certification through NDGAA, IPG, or an accredited grooming school Fear Free or AKC Safe certification A note on new groomers We may consider groomers who are recently certified but don't yet have a year of independent experience — if you're passionate and eager to learn, reach out and let's talk.
