In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems. Your leadership will ensure that our environment remains a safe, comfortable, and efficient space for both staff and animals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your management skills and technical expertise in a dynamic pet care setting dedicated to animal well-being. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations across the facility, including routine inspections and emergency repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to industrial maintenance and facilities management Coordinate projects involving facility upgrades or new installations with internal teams or external contractors Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and ensure proper functioning of all electrical systems Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for audit purposes Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in supervising maintenance teams Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including mechanical systems, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, plumbing, general carpentry and schematics interpretation Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders Project management skills to oversee upgrades or new installations efficiently while adhering to safety standards Join us as a Pet Care Facility Maintenance Supervisor where your expertise will directly contribute to creating a safe haven for animals while advancing your career in a vibrant environment.
