Part Time Client and Petcare Representative Wild Wags North Charleston, SC Job Details Part-time $14 - $16 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Pet care Companion animal handling Teamwork Sanitation In-person customer service Dog handling Data entry Communication with pet owners Full Job Description Job Summary This position involves caring for animals, cleaning/feeding/and medicating them, ensuring their well-being, and providing exceptional customer service to pet owners, taking phone calls, making bookings, checking clients in and out. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, medicating, grooming, and exercising dogs Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to management Maintain accurate records of animal care activities and treatments administered Taking phone calls, booking reservations, checking clients in and out Entering client data and vaccinations into the system Requirements Previous experience working with animals (1+ years) besides owning pets Knowledge of basic animal care practices Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated Physical stamina to handle the demands of working with animals, including lifting and restraining pets as necessary A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is essential
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
