About Us We are a fast-paced, relationship-focused pet care business dedicated to providing safe, quality grooming and care for our clients and their dogs. We value teamwork, reliability, communication, and creating a positive experience for both pets and pet parents. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about animals to join our team. Position Overview We are hiring for a Pet Groomer and/or Groomer Assistant position depending on experience level. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dogs, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering quality care and customer service. Groomer Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming including bathing, brushing, clipping, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-specific cuts Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments Maintain grooming schedules and communicate with clients regarding grooming needs Monitor pets for any health or behavioral concerns and communicate with management Keep grooming areas clean, sanitized, and organized Groomer Assistant Responsibilities Bathe, dry, brush, and prep dogs for grooming Assist groomers with handling and restraint when needed Maintain cleanliness of grooming and kennel areas Help manage laundry, cleaning, and daily shop organization Support the team with pet care and customer service tasks Qualifications Previous grooming or animal handling experience preferred but not required for assistant positions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift dogs/equipment as needed What We Offer Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and continued learning Flexible scheduling options Employee pet care discounts Competitive pay based on experience Schedule Full-time and/or part-time positions available Weekend availability may be required Pay Competitive pay based on experience Hourly, commission, or hybrid structure depending on role and experience If you are passionate about dogs and want to be part of a supportive, hardworking team, we would love to hear from you!
