Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dependable, attentive team members to supervise groups of dogs in an open play daycare and boarding environment. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys building relationships with dogs while maintaining a fun, safe and well-managed environment. What You'll Do Monitor play closely to ensure safe, appropriate interactions Read and respond to canine body language proactively Calmly interrupt rough or escalating behavior when necessary Provide regular hands-on affection and attentive wellness check-ins by thoroughly petting each dog to stay familiar with their normal condition and notice any changes Maintain a clean and sanitary play environment Follow established safety protocols Communicate observations clearly with management What We're Looking For A genuine love for dogs and a desire to care for them responsibly Experience handling dogs in a group setting preferred Strong understanding of canine body language Calm, confident presence around dogs Ability to stay focused and attentive in a fast-paced environment Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and move quickly for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Early mornings and weekends required This position offers an active, engaging environment for individuals who genuinely love dogs and are committed to providing attentive, top-quality care. Team members work with dogs of varying sizes, personalities, and play styles within structured, well-managed groups and are expected to maintain a calm, professional presence at all times.
