Professional Dog Groomer - Full and Part time We're seeking an experienced and passionate Professional Dog Groomer to join our busy, fast-paced salon! What We Offer A positive, respectful, and fun team culture A safe, clean, and fully equipped grooming environment 50% commission Weekend availability What We're Looking For Proven professional grooming experience A genuine love for dogs A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience required Ability to work independently without a senior groomer on-site on certain days Ability to lift dogs up to 80 lbs safely and confidently Comfortable standing for extended periods in a wet, noisy, or high-energy environment Skilled in handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments with care and confidence Strong communicator with both team members and clients; open to feedback and learning Patient, gentle, and calm when working with anxious or reactive dogs Able to handle a kennel-free grooming environment with 20-30 dogs at any given times Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for coat condition, skin issues, and overall dog wellness Core Values Caring - Every detail matters.
