Mobile Pet Groomer - PT/FT

K9 Elite Mobile Grooming LLC is hiring a Mobile Pet Groomer — Ideal candidate is a groomer seeking to move out of the Corporate/Retail setting, to work independently establishing their service client base. The candidate will be grooming in a fully equipped 2024 or newer Mercedes Sprinter mobile van (service is solar/battery powered), providing a low-stress, time saving and convenient experience for the pets and the pet owners. Service set-up location is in Spring Hill, TN, but seeking to expand and establish services to include Nashville, Murfreesboro, and surrounding areas. Flexible hours, that may include evenings, weekends, and weekdays pending demand and scheduling.

What You'll Do:

Bathe and groom dogs to breed standards and client requests Operate and maintain a mobile grooming van Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to every pet Communicate with clients to on-board, schedule appointments, manage and grow re-bookings Ensure cleanliness, organization, and general daily maintenance of grooming equipment

What We're Looking For:

Groomer:

Preferred 1+ year of grooming experience (mobile experience desired), but willing to train a motivated individual looking to work with animals Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong time management skills Ability to work independently and handle pets of all sizes Great attitude, customer service, and passion for animals Sales focused, soliciting new clients Participate in surrounding community sponsorship events

We regularly service Spring Hill, TN, local surrounding cities/localities, and further distances based on demand.
