Dog Bather - FT/PT

The right candidate is someone who: Shows gentleness, patience, and emotional awareness with every dog Communicates with kindness and respect toward clients and teammates Understands that dogs may be nervous, excited, or unsure — and responds with calm reassurance Believes that every interaction is an opportunity to make a dog feel safe and a client feel valued What You'll Do Bathe, dry, and brush dogs with care and attention to their comfort Trim and grind nails safely and confidently Perform external anal gland expression Keep laundry moving throughout the day Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and assist with end‑of‑shift deep cleaning Support fellow bathers and front desk staff with a team‑first mindset Preferred Experience Experience in a vet clinic, kennel, daycare, or grooming shop is helpful Comfort handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments A natural ability to stay calm, positive, and patient Part‑time hours are assigned based on your availability. Shifts may fall anywhere within Tuesday-Saturday, 9-5, with potential extended hours on Fridays, and are based on Salon needs.
