Job Description
Fetch Park City is looking for a full-time and/or part-time team members, with the ability to work weekends. Love dogs, people, and the great outdoors? Then this may be the place for you! We are looking for an individual that can fully embrace and exemplify our team values: Empathy Integrity Positivity Unity Attentiveness A typical day at Fetch is as follows: 8 am: morning meeting. 8:30-10:30: pickups around the Park City area. 10:30 - 3: supervise play time and clean facility. 3:30-5:30: Drop offs around the Park City area. 5:30-6: complete any unfinished tasks around the facility. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment where multi-tasking and quick thinking are a must. This work will be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. The ability to maintain a cool head under pressure and adapt to changing conditions is essential to success. A successful team member will also be able to interact professionally with clients and have a personal connection with "dog parents". Will be eager to learn new techniques for playgroup management, have an upbeat and friendly attitude, and be excited to share thoughts and ideas on workflow improvements. The Fetch team believes that there is always room for growth both personally and professionally. This position will require you to be outside both walking and driving in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be on your feet and moving for most of the day. Winter driving entails not only safely navigating winter conditions but also putting on tire chains, scraping ice and shoveling snow. Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overnights. We are seeking to fill both full-time and part-time positions. Training (12 days) is $15/hour. Upon successful completion of training, starting pay is $16 - $17 per hour depending on skills and experience with opportunity for advancement.
