Job Description
Coddled Critters Pet Resort & Spaw is the premier pet resort of Utah. We offer pet grooming, daycare, boarding, training, and high end pet supplies. We are currently seeking a Grooming Salon Manager to run the salon. This position is for someone who has experience managing groomers and bathers. The individual know the in and outs of grooming. You MUST have prior management experience. Vacation package included. Great pay and amazing tips. As a grooming salon manager, you administer the overall operations of a pet salon. You supervise all dog groomers and salon employees and ensure they maintain safety standards provided by the company. You evaluate pet styling and grooming jobs to maintain a high quality of service and ensure we are conforming to client requests and meeting needs for specific breeds, while ensuring all hired groomers follow the same standards. Additional duties include guaranteeing the safety and well-being of pets and employees and solving issues quickly and calmly. You keep records of client services and oversee salon cleanliness and maintenance. As a grooming salon manager, you administer the overall operations of a pet salon . You hire, train, and supervise all dog groomers and salon employees, ensuring they complete all training requirements and maintain safety standards provided by the company.
