- Have excellent customer service skills (you can confidently converse with clients, human and animal),
- Are punctual (If you're 15 minutes early you are on time and if you are five minutes early you are late),
- Able to assess and prioritize tasks, projects, and messages (you know what needs to be done and what can wait),
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented (what's better than knowing exactly where the nail clippers are),
- Customer-focused and committed to giving an amazing experience (dogs and cats are like family, each client that walks through our doors is wanting their animal to be treated the same),
- Passionate, positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented (you see a new pet client come in and you know exactly what cut will look good on them and can't wait to see their new look),
- Self-confident and self-assured (you're kind and respectful, but are able to speak up if someone else is being disrespectful),
- Enjoys talking and creating new relationships (nothing is better earned than an animal's love, except maybe the owner's appreciation and understanding)
