Professional Dog Stylist, Mobile

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mobile Professional Pet Stylist to join our team. As a Mobile Professional Pet Stylist, you will provide grooming services for dogs, and their humans. Responsibilities:

Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling dogs according to breed standards or client preferences. Handle dogs safely and with care and compassion during grooming procedures, ensuring their social, emotional and physical comfort and well-being. Assess each dog's coat condition and skin health, and recommend appropriate grooming treatments or products. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide personalized service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming vehicle, including sanitizing, tools, equipment between appointments. Monitor and report any signs of illness or injury observed during grooming sessions. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with grooming results. Record detailed grooming notes for each visit.

Requirements:

Experience as a professional dog groomer, with knowledge of grooming techniques for various breeds and coat types is required. Cleaning Driving Record is required. Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standard grooming practices. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy dogs if necessary. Passion for working with animals and a genuine desire to aid in their well-being. A genuine love for animals. Pet parents entrust their furry companions into the hands of us professionals.
