FT/PT Professional Dog Groomer The Fluffy Ruff Dog Spa - 3.5 Bainbridge Island, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $24.75 - $38.75 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Qualifications Pet coat styling Dog handling Pet nail trimming Pet grooming salon experience Animal restraint Full Job Description The Fluffy Ruff Dog Spa in Bainbridge Island, WA is looking to hire two Full-Time Professional Dog Groomers with at least one year's experience and professional training. We could make arrangements for a Part-Time Groomer. This salon is owned and operated by a National Certified Master Groomer. Full-Time hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8am until finished (usually 4:30-5:30), and some Saturdays 8am-1/2pm. This is a legal W-2 position, paid hourly plus tips. Hourly pay ($24.75-38.75) depends on experience and proficiency. This will be a long-term job for the right person. Nail trims are clipped then dremeled. We have recirculating bathing systems and top quality shampoos. Most of our tables are hydraulic. We use restraint systems that include Groomer's Helpers, Hound Hammocks, and Geriatric Hip Supports. We have multiple HV dryers, and a stand dryer to allow you to fluff dry for a better groomed finish. 90% of our clients are prebooked through the end of the year on regular 4-8 week schedules. We need someone who can groom 4-5 average dogs in a day. Please send a resume in and also a note explaining your background with grooming and dogs. Pictures are great too!
