Dog Daycare Manager

The Dog Stop® is looking for an enthusiastic full-time dog daycare manager with extensive employee management, retail, and customer service experience. Knowledge of the dog care industry is a plus but not required, provided the candidate is capable of quickly learning the ins and outs of our services and our complete product line. We do require a positive attitude, outgoing personality, dedication to providing an unparalleled experience for our clientele, and, of course, a love of dogs. The Dog Stop is America's favorite total dog care facility. With 30+ locations across 10 states devoted to a clean and safe environment for your dog, It includes Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, and a fantastic retail store featuring the best pet foods, toys, and accessories for the dogs. Bothell Dog stop is going to be the first location in the Greater Seattle area. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Primary responsibility is to oversee both front-end and back-end operations of the dog daycare facility, ensuring smooth daily operations, pet safety, staff coordination, customer service, scheduling, and overall facility management Employee Management (hiring, firing, scheduling, guidance, etc.) Superb Customer Service Inventory Management (ordering, merchandising, distributor relations) Budgeting (Supplies, Payroll, Utilities, etc.) Dog Care and Safety Overseeing Social Media (Client correspondence and content creation) Manage App Requests Creating plans to meet all goals (retail sales, budget, etc.) set by Owners and following through for favorable results Community Marketing In addition to a competitive salary, you'll find many great benefits awaiting you at The Dog Stop®: Free Health insurance Paid vacation days Discount on all retail products Free and discounted services Bring your dog to work! Necessary Qualifications:
