Dog Daycare Playgroup Attendant

Are you the kind of person who notices the small details—body language, energy shifts, behavior patterns—and enjoys staying active all day? We're hiring focused, motivated team members to join our dog daycare and training team. Candidates must be 18 but no experience required—we provide structured training—but this is not a casual "just play with dogs" job. This role is for people who want to learn, grow, and take pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Do Supervise and manage structured dog playgroups Read and respond to dog body language to maintain safety Prevent and de-escalate issues before they happen Reinforce positive behavior and support training goals Maintain a clean, safe environment Communicate clearly with clients (in person and written report cards) What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and awareness Calm, patient, and observant under pressure Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active job Excellent communication and professionalism Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Genuinely interested in dog behavior and training This is a great fit for someone who wants to build real skills in dog behavior—not just spend time with dogs. Schedule Part-time and full-time available

Shifts:
