Competitive, based on experience About Snowy Pines White Labs Snowy Pines White Labs is a premier breeder and trainer of White English Labradors and English Cream Golden Retrievers, located on 120 beautiful acres in Batesville, Arkansas. For over 15 years, we have raised and trained exceptional companion, therapy, and service dogs that change lives, and every puppy that leaves our care completes professional training with our team first. Our 22,000 square foot training facility, dedicated service dog program, and family-style team make this more than a job: it is meaningful work with growth ahead of it. About the Role Do you believe training is about building relationships, not just commands? We are looking for a full-time Professional Dog Trainer to join a collaborative team that cares deeply about dogs, families, and each other. You will work hands-on with puppies and dogs at every stage, from early development through advanced service and therapy training, and you will be part of the story every family tells about how their dog came to be who they are. No professional training background? If you have the heart, the work ethic, and the love for dogs, we will teach you the rest, some of our best trainers started exactly there. What You'll Work With Dogs On Puppy development and Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) Obedience and service dog training Socialization and confidence building Therapy dog training Progress updates and client communication Maintaining clean, organized facilities What We're Looking For Genuine passion for dogs and relationship-based training Professional training experience or formal dog training education is a plus, but not required, we would love to develop the right person from the ground up Strong communication skills, since our trainers keep families updated on their puppy's progress Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in a clean, well-run facility Ability to work on your feet and handle dogs of all sizes in an active outdoor and indoor environment Team spirit, as we work closely and collaboratively every day What We Offer Competitive pay Continuing education and professional development Real growth opportunities within a thriving program A collaborative team that cares Meaningful work: train dogs, change lives How to Apply Send your resume and cover letter to puppies@snowypineswhitelabs.com.
