Part-time Evenings & Weekends We're growing and looking for two passionate, knowledgeable Part-Time Dog Trainers who use positive reinforcement and science-based training methods. We're seeking trainers who love helping dogs and their people succeed, from everyday manners and confidence-building to more advanced performance skills. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Experience in dog sports is a big plus, but not required. What You'll Do Teach group classes and/or private sessions using reward-based training Work with puppies through adult dogs at various skill levels Coach pet parents with clear, supportive, judgment-free communication Create a fun, safe, and structured learning environment Modify training plans based on individual dog needs Track progress and celebrate wins (big and small) Collaborate with trainers and staff to maintain consistent standards Support enrichment and sport-based activities when applicable What We're Looking For Strong commitment to force-free, positive reinforcement training Solid understanding of canine behavior and learning theory Confident teaching individuals and groups Excellent communication and people skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments Dog Sports Experience (Plus) Experience in any of the following is a strong plus: Agility Nose Work / Scent Work Rally or Competition Obedience Trick training Flyball, disc, or other performance sports Therapy or CGC preparation (You don't need to compete at a high level — experience training or assisting counts.)
