We are a beautifully designed, home-style retreat where dogs are loved, nurtured, and cared for with intention. We are looking for a Dog Nanny to join our growing boutique team as we expand into our second location. This position requires reliable evening and weekend availability. Most of our busiest days occur on weekends, holidays, and during evening hours when pet parents need care the most. Applicants who cannot regularly work evenings and weekends will not be a good fit for this role. This is more than pet sitting. Think of being a nanny, but for fur babies. We operate at a very high standard. Our dogs aren't just supervised. They're thoughtfully cared for and celebrated. We go above and beyond to create joyful, calm, and enriching days filled with: Painting activities and arts and crafts Enrichment games and structured play Treat time and personalized attention Socialization in thoughtfully supervised groups Cozy rest breaks and one-on-one bonding Detail-oriented, boutique-level care We are intentional about keeping our environment balanced, peaceful, and well-organized. Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to dogs of all temperaments Supervise safe group play with structure and awareness Create enrichment activities and contribute creative ideas Take photos and videos for Instagram and TikTok Send thoughtful updates to pet parents Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and play areas Monitor dog behavior and communicate concerns immediately Work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed Be flexible and willing to help wherever needed to support the team Who We're Looking For Reliable evening and weekend availability is required Strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and proactive Flexible and eager to learn different tasks Calm, patient, and confident with dogs High standards for safety and cleanliness Positive, team-oriented mindset Someone who wants to grow with us long-term Our busiest shifts are often evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. We are looking for team members who understand that these are essential parts of the schedule and are excited to be part of the team during those times. Experience Experience in dog handling, daycare, veterinary settings, or pet sitting is preferred, but passion, maturity, and responsibility matter most.
