Job Description

Omega Paws Dog Training is a family-owned business looking for a dependable, safety-conscious driver to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This position is ideal for someone who is retired, enjoys driving, and is looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule. Our clients are located throughout Southern California, with many trips involving the Los Angeles area and surrounding cities. Drivers can expect to be on the road for approximately 6-8 hours during scheduled transport days.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport dogs to and from client homes and training locations. Follow designated routes and schedules while maintaining clear communication with our team. Ensure dogs are transported safely and comfortably. Keep company vehicles clean and report any maintenance concerns promptly. Represent Omega Paws professionally when interacting with clients. Possibly clean any potty accidents.
Qualifications:
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous professional or extensive driving experience preferred. No history of DUI or reckless driving. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to comply with company policies regarding a drug-free workplace. Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy. Excellent judgment and a strong commitment to safety. Comfortable handling and transporting dogs of various breeds and sizes. Able to lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
