Are you an experienced dog handler who thrives leading multiple dogs with confidence, structure, and purpose? Do you believe walks should be more than just exercise but a wellness-driven, enriching experience for every dog in your care? At Pet Care Club of the Foothills, we don't just walk dogs, we lead structured pack experiences rooted in safety, training principles, and elevated care. We're looking for a Pack Leader who can confidently manage group walks, lead adventure hikes, and create a calm, controlled, and fulfilling environment for every dog. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft, operates with high integrity, and is known for going above and beyond. What You'll Be Doing Leading structured pack walks and group hikes with multiple dogs at a time. Organizing and executing Adventure Days that provide enrichment, stimulation, and socialization. Maintaining full control, awareness, and safety of all dogs in your pack at all times. Practicing and applying pack leadership, leash control, and dog behavior awareness . Monitoring group dynamics and ensuring balanced, safe interactions. Transporting dogs safely to and from walk or hike locations (when required). Providing detailed updates to clients, highlighting their dog's behavior, progress, and overall experience.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Proven experience handling and walking multiple dogs at once (REQUIRED). Strong understanding of dog behavior, pack dynamics, and leash handling techniques. Natural leadership ability, you are calm, confident, and in control. A deep commitment to safety, structure, and pet wellness. High integrity and professionalism, you do the right thing, always. Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members. Physically active and able to handle long walks, hikes, and multiple dogs. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
