We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and people-oriented dog lovers to join our team as Dog Trainers. If you have trained dogs using force-free, positive reinforcement methods and enjoy helping others, this could be a great fit for you. If you have a love for dogs and dog people, apply! As a Zoom Room Dog Trainer, you will: Teach group classes (4-6 dogs and their owners) including Obedience, Agility, Puppy Preschool, Tricks, Pup-lates, and more Conduct private training sessions for behavior issues like leash reactivity, crate training, barking, jumping, and more Lead workshops such as Scent Work, Therapy Dog Prep, and Urban Herding Work closely with pet owners to coach them in training techniques Set up and break down agility equipment (up to 50 pounds) and help maintain a clean and safe environment Support retail sales and customer service
Requirements:
Experience training dog(s) using force-free, positive reinforcement methods Strong communication skills and ability to teach people of all ages and backgrounds Confident, engaging presence in a group setting Physically able to lift and adjust equipment and bend or kneel to work with small dogs Availability to work evenings and weekends Comfortable using social media platforms like
Facebook and Instagram Training:
All new trainers are required to complete our proprietary online training program and in-person, hands-on training.
