As a Canine Coach, you are the primary person caring for our furry guests. It takes a significant amount of focus and energy to successfully manage a playroom. As front desk you will be one of the main faces interacting with our clients. The ability to multitask while providing great customer service is integral to the front desk portion of the role. Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows: Maintain control of a large group of dogs after becoming fully trained in dog behaviors and language. Care for all your furry friends and their families as if they were a part of your family. Engage, Play and Enjoy all the dogs in your care with lots of love. Maintain a clean playroom at all times and follow Dogtopia's standards for safety and cleanliness. Cleaning does encompass about half of the job including picking up solid dog waste and mopping any liquid dog waste. Educate dogs on proper play behavior and helping them become better canine citizens. Be on your feet for the entire 6-7 hour shift and bending down to crate dogs occasionally, walking between dogs as they play and in general being the focal point of the room. Be comfortable on camera as pet parents tune in via webcams to check on their pups. Be able to answer questions about our services and pricing. Be comfortable with customer service conversations and balancing front desk tasks during busy times. Be able to use our company interface for booking appointments, checking in and out dogs, charge clients properly. As a Canine Coach, you will receive education in dog obedience and training. For front desk, you will receive hands on training with our system as well as coaching on how to handle conversations and Dogtopia's pricing.

Must love dogs Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing (when canine coach) Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment Strong customer service skillsJob Type:
