We are not a traditional daycare — our days are intentionally designed around the dogs in our care, with a strong focus on calm, balanced group dynamics and enrichment. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who truly understands dogs — not just loves them. This role is for someone who is: Intuitive and observant Confident reading dog body language Calm, grounded, and able to manage group energy Open to learning and growing in behavior and structure Reliable, proactive, and takes initiative without needing constant direction Responsibilities Supervise and manage group play Monitor behavior and ensure safe, structured interactions Assist with creating a calm, balanced environment Clean and maintain the space throughout the day Support with feeding, rest periods, and transitions Communicate observations clearly Assist with basic handling, leash work, and structure Requirements Prior experience working with dogs is required (daycare, training, boarding, etc.) Strong understanding of dog behavior and body language Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions Physically active and able to be on your feet Punctual and dependable Bonus (Not Required but a Plus) Background in dog training or behavior Experience with structured daycare environments Interest in growing within the dog industry
