Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Dog Daycare & Kennel Attendant with at least one year of hands-on dog handling experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with clients in a friendly, professional manner. Responsibilities Supervise group play and ensure safe, positive interactions between dogs Perform kennel cleaning, sanitizing, feeding, and general care duties Observe and record dog behavior, noting any changes or concerns Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including customer service and client communication Follow safety protocols and facility procedures Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, respectful work culture Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional dog handling experience (daycare, boarding, shelter, training, grooming, or related) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Good communication and customer service abilities Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working on your feet, lifting up to [X lbs], and handling dogs of all sizes What We Offer A positive, non-toxic environment with supportive team dynamics Opportunities for growth and continued learning in animal care Employee discounts on services PTO and yearly bonuses based on performance
