Pack Leader at Bark & Play

Bark & Play Daycare & Suites is looking for dependable, hardworking, dog-loving people to join our team as Pack Leaders! If you love staying active, working with animals, and being part of a fun team environment, this may be the perfect fit for you! As a Pack Leader, your day may include: Supervising and safely managing dog playgroups Monitoring dog body language and behavior Cleaning play areas, suites, and facility spaces Feeding dogs and assisting with boarding care routines Helping dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved during their stay Working closely with coworkers to maintain a calm, structured environment Providing great customer service to pet parents This is a fast-paced and physically active job. You will be standing, walking, cleaning, and interacting with dogs throughout your shift.

Weekdays:

Morning Shift:

6:30/7:00 AM•11:00

AM Afternoon Shift:

1:00 PM•5:00/5:30/6:00

PM Weekends:

Morning Shift:

6:30 AM•12:00

PM Afternoon Shift:

3:00 PM•5:00 PM Late night ("LN") : Typically around 8:00-9:00 PM, to assist with nighttime boarding care, potty breaks, cleaning, and settling dogs in for the evening. Part-time and flexible scheduling available. Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and energy levels Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous animal experience is a plus, but not required At Bark & Play, we care deeply about our dogs, our clients, and our team.
