Our booming Burr Ridge, Doggie Daycare/Boarding/Grooming/Training facility is in need of a Dog Handler . Handlers must be able to watch over large groups of dogs in a daycare off-leash environment. Our dog groups are divided between small and large dogs, as well as temperaments. Handlers must be able know dog breeds and comprehend dog body language as well as observe when problems between dogs may occur, and keep them from happening in a safe, positive way. Duties of a Handler might include cleaning and maintaining floors of daycare and boarding area, as well as mopping, vacuuming and trash, as well as helping feed dogs. This Job involves much satisfaction and enjoyment in working with dogs, as well as physical work of standing, bending and mopping. Handlers must be able to lift 50 pounds.
