In this energetic role, you'll be the guiding force behind daily play, socialization, and care routines that keep dogs happy and healthy. Duties Supervise and facilitate playful interactions among dogs to promote socialization and good behavior Monitor dogs during playtime to ensure safety and intervene when necessary Assist with feeding, watering, and basic grooming tasks as needed Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment Observe dogs for signs of stress or health issues and report concerns promptly Support team members in managing daily operations and customer inquiries Help educate pet owners on daycare routines and policies to enhance their experience Skills Genuine love for dogs with a strong understanding of canine behavior and body language Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and pet owners Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive throughout busy shifts Basic knowledge of dog safety protocols and handling techniques Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, peak times and holidays Prior experience in pet care or animal handling is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Join us in creating joyful days for dogs while building a fulfilling career in pet care!
