In this role, you will communicate with customers to coordinate intake for board & train/ day school, provide access to digital resources (online pre-instruction), schedule classes, updating clients weekly, follow-up on satisfaction. This position also includes escalating every complaint or problem so owners are quickly and completely satisfied. We are a busy small business with a lot going on. The environment is noisy, and often chaotic given the number of dogs being trained, and classes being instructed.

The ideal candidate loves dogs, enjoys helping people, computer savvy and is able to remain calm under pressure. Qualifications High school diploma/GED Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Comfortable using computers and customer management software Excellent phone and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
