Job Description
Hiring a dog training assistant for a growing dog training company in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, enjoys solving problems, and loves dogs. The right candidate can be trained. Hourly pay + commission. Pay depending on experience. Company pays for 1 continuing education workshop or seminar per year for skill development.
Job duties may include:
- creating solutions for different types of people and varying family lifestyles
- handling a variety of sizes and breeds of dogs comfortably
- modifying the behavior of dogs, including obedience, fearful behavior, reactive behaviors, or other.
- assisting with socialization and playgroups
- care tasks for dogs (feeding, walking, exercising, cleaning, bathing dogs) to keep dogs happy and clean.
