You will split your time between Front Desk Reception (being the face of our business) and Dog Handling (being the heart of our playroom). Your Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Relations Be the
Ambassador:
Greet clients and pups with energy; oversee day-to-day store flow.
Communications:
Manage emails, inquiries, and online reservation requests.
Logistics:
Check dogs in/out, collect grooming/care instructions, and run daily invoices.
Health Oversight:
Organize medication schedules and manage general facility reports.
Dog Handling & Safety Active Supervision:
Monitor dog behavior and play styles in a cage-free environment.
Attentive Care:
Interact with dogs of all sizes; ensure they are happy and hydrated.
Maintenance:
Keep the facility sparkling clean (cleaning up after pups is part of the job!) and provide walks as needed.
Reliability:
Treat every dog with the extreme responsibility required for a living animal.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
1+ year of Reception experience and 2+ years of professional dog handling (preferred).
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills (phone and in-person) and high attention to detail.
Schedule:
Must be on time for all shifts. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is a major plus.
Physicality:
Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and being active throughout the shift.
