Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities:
Assist with feeding and providing fresh water to all pets according to instructions. Clean and sanitize kennels, play yards, crates, bowls, and common areas. Monitor pets for signs of illness, injury, stress, or behavioral concerns and report findings to supervisors. Assist with potty breaks, exercise sessions, and enrichment activities. Help supervise group play sessions while ensuring the safety of all dogs. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Assist with pet arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate records and belongings are accounted for. Follow all facility safety protocols and animal handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with pet owners. Assist kennel technicians and management with daily operational tasks as needed.
