Job Description

We are a busy doggy daycare with lots of fun, wigglebut clients to care for! Your job is to monitor and manage the doggy playgroups to ensure safe play among the doggy friends. We are also
PROFESSIONAL
pet care specialists! Which means, owning your own dog, or "loving" dogs is not enough criteria to qualify you for this position. You must have some experience either volunteering for a non-profit rescue, or animal organization, or other professional experience in the pet industry. We will train the right candidate who desires to be a pet care professional.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience working in either a day care, kennel, animal shelter, rescue or veterinary facility preferred
  • Ability to handle dogs on leash or off leash in a pack (cage-free) environment
  • Experience and comfort in handling dogs of all personality types preferred
  • Confidently interact with large and small dog breeds
  • A flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays (we are open every day of the year)
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Demonstrate good work ethic and enthusiasm for learning
  • Standing for the duration of your shift (5+ hours)
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Professional and courteous interaction with customers
  • Positively contribute to our team and possess the ability to adapt to changing demands
  • Commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our happy dogs!
  • OWNING your own dogs, is simply "loving" dogs is not enough to qualify for this position.
