Certified Personal Trainer

LA Fitness experienced exponential growth exiting the 2020 pandemic due not only to our ubiquitous brand but in large part due to our exemplary and rigorous standards for hiring, developing, and compensating our Personal Trainers. Across more than 1000 locations US and Canada, our larger brand now enlists over 10,000 Master Trainers and 30,000 Certified Coaches who help our members and guests achieve a higher health standard more reliably than our competitors. Our trainers are tasked with focusing on improving their clients health and retaining clients with high session usage, referrals, and upgrades... Which are all markers of not only a successful training program, but also a loved personal trainer. At LA Fitness, Sales and Management staff onboards clients for our training professionals and leave them to hone and express their skills in a team-based environment. A qualified candidate to join our team would be an educated, self-motivated professional who aligns with the following:

Standards, Key Responsibilities:

Enthusiasm for helping everyone improve their health Willingness to accept type of client type onboarded by the Head Trainer and/or Management Team Self-motivated to retain clients beyond original term length, and to upgrade clients to add to club revenue Team Player that will encourage education between training staff Approachable, identifiable staple of club of employment for members to comfortably ask for help and advice, building value for continued personal training sales and clientele Non-negotiables for the role: Active, nationally accredited Personal Training Certification Reliable, personal transportation Willingness to be assigned a designated club of employment based on need 25hrs Open Availability to earn full time benefits and accept clients Adaptability to training methodology on request No vacations in first two months of employment Subject to background and social media check to assess Conflict of Interest if operating under other training brands or working with clientele Please apply within, and an interview schedule and location will be sent upon acceptance.
