Mentor and guide junior trainers and staff to ensure consistent training standards and exceptional client service. Educate pet owners on effective training methods, behavior management, and pet care best practices. Manage multiple training classes or private sessions efficiently while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm. Monitor progress of each dog throughout the training process, adjusting techniques as needed for optimal results. Maintain detailed records of training activities, progress reports, and client communications to ensure transparency and accountability. Qualifications Certified Professional Dog Trainer with recognized credentials demonstrating mastery level expertise. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with animal care tasks as required. Additional experience in veterinary care or animal rescue services is advantageous.
