Job Description
If you love dogs and enjoy the outdoors this is the job for you! Dog Handler spends each workday with a trained Border Collie, travelling to client sites in order to humanely remove nuisance geese. The schedule and length of work day varies by time of year. We service our clients seven days a week so weekends are required. The Dog Handler position requires the applicant to be physically active and must possess the ability to lift and remove a kayak from a roof rack. They should also have a basic understanding of how to use a kayak. We provide training in safety, dog handling, kayak use, and other pertinent job related skills. In addition to hourly pay, we offer full and part time employees a sales incentive program as a way to earn extra income. This is a great position for someone who loves dogs, enjoys being outdoors, and can embrace the idea of working independently, always being professional. •
