Love the outdoors? Join the Boston Dog Butlers team! We're hiring Dog Hikers to lead off-leash group hikes on conservation land throughout the Boston area. This is a physically active, year-round role working directly with dogs in nature. Dogs hike, run, swim, and play—and you'll be right there with them!
Responsibilities:
Pick up, transport, and lead a group of 5-8 dogs on 1.5-3 mile off-leash hikes. Ensure the safety, behavior, and well-being of all dogs in your care. Clean and dry dog's post-hike as needed (expect muddy paws!). Take photos/videos during hikes to share with clients. Maintain professional, clear communication with clients and the team.
Requirements:
Love for dogs and the outdoors in all weather . Reliable and professional work ethic. Experience handling multiple dogs (off-leash experience preferred). Comfortable with various dog breeds and behaviors. Physically able to hike several miles and lift a large dog if necessary. Access to a vehicle that can safely transport 5 dogs (seat covers and towels provided). Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record (for company vehicle use).

Weekly pay : $750-$1,500+ for full-time employees. Fuel reimbursement : Company PEX Card Full W2 employment (we pay 50% of your Social Security and Medicare taxes).
